Gamesheets and related info

Please leave all white copies of gamesheets in the Official’s Room at each rink.  These will be collected regularly by your RIC’s and taken to HW as needed. 
 
For categories that the HM (headman) is assigned by HW (Mike Fedak) and Minor Peewee AA boys and Peewee AA boys, the HM is paid by Hockey Winnipeg only after the gamesheet is received in the office.  For these game I recommend the HM take a picture of the gamesheet and retain until payment has been received.  Optional, you can email that pic (still retain until paid) to reception@hockeywinnipeg.ca
 
It is expected that every gamesheet be filled out completely and accurately.  Be certain the following are done properly;

• Game Details at the top are accurate and complete including;
  • Start and End time
  • Cut clock details (See Hockey Winnipeg Rulebook SR 7 - 3. page 88. Procedure for terminating a game with insufficient) http://hockeywinnipeg-28b0.kxcdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/rulebook2016.pdf
• If roster stickers are used a coach must sign BELOW the sticker OR fill out the coaches section of the gamesheet in pen
• Strike out unused rows of penalties and goals with a single diagonal line down through these 4 columns.
• Sign and print your name legibly.  If you need a Referee # email reception@hockeywinnipeg.ca and request one with your name and current mailing address
• Make sure the check if written report to follow box is checked if there is an Online Incident Report required.  Reports are made at http://www.hockeywinnipeg.ca/officials-report ** see other notice regarding Incident Reports
• IF YOU ARE SUSPENDED AS A PLAYER, YOU ARE ALSO SUSPENDED AS AN OFFICIAL.  You must notify you RIC immediately of any POTENTIAL suspension.

 
If you submit unacceptable gamesheets more than once you MAY have a portion of you game pay deducted.
